Home/Renters Insurance

Home & Renters Insurance

Homeowners Insurance, designed to cover owner-occupied, residential structures and covers the largest physical asset that most people will ever own. Designed as a package policy, Homeowners Policies provide coverage on the dwelling itself, and structures/buildings not attached to the house (known as Other Structures), Personal Property, and Additional Living Expenses designed to cover the additional costs most people face when out of their home due to a covered claim. To be certain that a policyholder won’t suffer the consequences of a lawsuit alleging they’ve caused injury to another person or damage to another’s property, Homeowners Policies also include Personal Liability coverage.

Much Like Homeowners Policies, Renter’s insurance policies are designed for persons that rent their primary location and only need coverage for their Personal Property, Additional Living Expense and Personal Liability.

A hybrid of Home and Renter’s Insurance is Condominium Insurance for persons that own a condo or townhouse.

Home, Renters, and Condo policies have been adapted over the years to be very comprehensive in nature and cover most types of physical damage to property owned by policyholders.

With a wide range of endorsements available, Homeowners, Renter’s and Condo policies can be tailored to fit many special circumstances.
